How to Compare Cleaning Wipe Quotations
Have you ever received three quotes for the “same” cleaning wipes, only to find that each supplier has priced something slightly different?
I would make the RFQ clearer before comparing prices.
For each item, I would state:
• Fibre blend and GSM
• Sheet size and format (roll or folded), plus sheet count or roll length
• Colour/pattern and packaging details
• Intended cleaning task and any agreed performance checks
• Order quantity and delivery terms
If a detail is still flexible, I would list it as an option rather than leave suppliers to guess.
Then I can compare the base offers fairly and review alternatives separately.
